Rings (also called magic circles) are commonly used in Pilates to increase the intensity of floor exercises. The Align-Pilates ring's resistance targets specific muscles to increase toning. Particularly useful for problem areas like the inner and outer thighs, upper arms, the chest, and even the pelvic muscles. The 12" ring is for those under 165cm, while the 14" ring is for those over 165cm.
