The Globe G1 'ACT NOW' Skateboard Deck 8.0" in Mustard is a call to arms, following GLOBE's industry leading drive to sustainability. Constructed from resin-7 hard rock maple with full concave for use in the streets or at the park. Individual deck pressing at manufacture ensures that every deck feels exactly the same, unlike standard multi pressed decks.

REGROWTH:

In order to off-set the timber they use to construct they’re skateboards, Globe’s goal is to engage in forestry efforts that replace far more than they consume.

To that effect, they have partnered with the National Forest Foundation (NFF) in the US to donate to their tree-planting program. Globe’s yearly donations to the NFF help plant more than three times the amount of trees they harvest annually in making their skateboards.

Globe focus on making the best decks around. Their decks are individually pressed to ensure every deck feels exactly the same. Using superior epoxy-resin glues between the veneers, making them lighter, stronger, and longer lasting than normal decks which use water-based glues.
