The SMAI Resistance Workout Bar is a versatile resistance band exercise bar that can be used for rows, lunges, squat rows, lateral twists, paddles and much more. 

The bar features a 130cm bungee resistance cord, attached to a 100cm weight bar. The bar featured comfortable and resilient hand grips designed to withstand regular use even under commercial use. The single-sided resistance cord is designed to deliberately cause an unbalanced load, which forces your core muscle to stabilise during the workout. The result is an advanced workout that targets your arms and legs and your entire core as you move. 

The bungee cord includes a carabiner which allows you to fix the cord to just about anything, from a hook, pole, heavy dumbbell or even behind a door or a solid tree outdoors. Always ensure your attachment is secure and can withstand the force of your workout. 

For added safety, an arm band safety strap is included, in case of accidental loss of grip, preventing the bar from dangerously retracting under resistance. We recommend to always wear the safety strap.
